“Ricardo is a highly skilled planner who I had the pleasure to work with in Auckland, New Zealand. His in-depth planning and risk management knowledge combined with his fast-tracked problem solving skills make him the type of Lead Planner that a contractor, client or consulting firm would dream of. I would highly recommend his skills on planning and risk management which have been instrumental when supporting claim resolution and planning.”

Bira Paraguassu, Senior Project Manager, Fletcher Construction

“Ricardo did a great job of completing schedule risk analysis across a number of the mining technology innovation projects I was involved in, helping us to identify our risks and impending pinch points and leading to better project outcomes.”

It was a privilege to count on Ricardo Alves participation in our Webinars Programme, presenting risk analysis and the use of a robust tool for project risk management. I am certain that the presented content was extremely valuable for all participants and that is corroborated by the excellent feedback received in the satisfaction survey at the end of the webinar. We hope to count on Ricardo’s contribution in the future and we are certain that many organisations will benefit from his talent and skills.
